2. Valid Reasons for Exchange / Return
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

3. Return & Exchange Timeframe

We offer exchange and return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once your exchange/return request is approved by our team, a reverse pick-up will be arranged from your provided address.

Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability at your PIN code.

After the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality inspection.

Once approved, the exchange or credit process will begin.

The estimated delivery time for exchanged items is 7–10 working days.
4. Exchange Availability & Store Credit

Store credits are non-refundable and can only be used on artbotwear.com.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No direct cash or bank refunds are provided.

Refunds (if applicable) are issued only as store credit.

Store credit validity: 30 days from issue date.

7. Reverse Logistics

8. Final Decision Rights
Artbot Wear holds the sole right to:
