Order Processing

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed after successful payment and stock verification.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled, so we request you to carefully review all details before checkout.

  • Artbot Wear does not dispatch orders on Sundays or major public holidays.

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in India.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

  • In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after purchase due to unexpected demand, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • For security reasons, all orders are reviewed by our verification team. Artbot Wear reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or policy violations.

  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be shared with you.

  • Delays may occur during festive seasons, special product launches, or sale events.


Pre-Order Policy

  • Products marked as Pre-Order will be shipped only after they arrive at our warehouse.

  • 100% advance payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.

International Shipping

  • 🌍 Artbot Wear ships worldwide through reliable courier partners such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery timelines do not include the 24-hour processing period.

  • For duty estimates, please consult your local customs office or view approximate fees during checkout.


Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

  • Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier service with valid tracking proof, Artbot Wear is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

  • All shipping risk transfers to the courier partner after confirmed dispatch and delivery.


Final Sale Items

  • All items purchased during sale events, special offers, or promotional discounts are treated as final sale.

  • These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Artbot Wear reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice.

  • If a product’s price drops after your purchase, price adjustments will not be provided.
